theWrightCoaching and Consulting Services LLC offers personal development, executive, and leadership coaching delivered through a virtual platform or by phone. They can be one on one or in a small-group setting. During the initial session, the coach will provide an overview of what coaching is, what it is not, and how it differs from other development approaches and methods. The coach will also cover ethics and confidentiality expectations, as well as other administrative protocols. The coach will assist the client with developing their goals and an action plan, which the client will establish as a clear map for success and accountability. Coaches help their clients discover new ways of thinking, overcome obstacles, and make the best use of their time.
